ABOUT NELSON
Nelson has been in the mortgage business since 2000. He left the big mortgage banks in the fall of 2018 to open Utah Independent Mortgage Corp. because he believed that he could best honor the trust of his clients by being an independent broker. During his career, Nelson has filled roles as branch manager, team leader, and trainer for dozens of loan officers. Nelson lives in Syracuse, UT and is the Father of 4, Husband of 1, and Mortgage Guy to hundreds of past clients and friend.

ABOUT LIZ
Liz began her real estate career with purchasing her first real estate investment in 1998, joining the mortgage industry in 2000, adding property management to her plate in 2007, becoming a full-time Realtor in 2010, and becoming a broker along with opening My Utah Agents with Shannon Olsen in 2020. Liz is married to her very best friend, Brad, since 1996, and they have four amazing boys who keep their life fun and full.
